Raya Terms of Use

These terms describe access to and use of Raya, a private AI assistant and connected business tools operated by Ikan Media Inc.

Authorized access

Raya is intended for the operator and specifically authorized collaborators. Public access to this information page does not grant access to the assistant or connected accounts. Connect only accounts, documents, and other resources you are authorized to use, and do not share credentials or attempt to bypass access controls.

Instructions and connected actions

Raya can retrieve information and perform supported actions within the permissions granted to its connections. You are responsible for giving clear instructions and reviewing consequential actions and their results. Google permissions define technical access; they do not authorize actions outside your instructions or the workflows you have approved.

AI-generated responses

Responses, summaries, and extracted information may be incomplete or incorrect. Check important details against their source before relying on them. Assistant output does not replace professional advice or your review of financial, legal, account-access, or other consequential decisions.

Privacy and third-party services

The Raya Privacy Policy explains Google-data access, AI processing, storage, service providers, and deletion requests. Connected services, including Google and Telegram, remain subject to their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.

Availability and ending access

Features may change or become unavailable. Ikan Media may suspend access to protect the application, connected accounts, or other users. You may stop using Raya and remove its Google connection in your Google Account settings. Removing authorization does not automatically erase retained information; the privacy policy explains how to request its deletion.
